At Marrickville RSL All Stars, our coaching philosophy begins with the end goal in mind. We set clear objectives, assess opportunities, and tailor our approach to suit different skill levels. Our agile coaching plans ensure that both players and coaches develop in a structured yet adaptable way.
Our coaching expertise blends traditional techniques with modern, integrated programs, creating an environment that fosters both skill development and game awareness. Rooted in the Club’s family values and codes, we focus on player performance, growth, and long-term success.
We are constantly identifying emerging talent and using the latest development techniques to enhance player performance. Our innovation is driven by feedback from parents, coaches, and players, allowing us to evolve and refine our methods continuously.
MRSL All Stars is committed to developing future netball stars by providing a strong foundation for growth. We strive to create opportunities for players to connect, compete, and showcase their talents at all levels of the game.
To support our coaches, we provide access to key coaching frameworks and accreditation pathways.
Netball Australia has recently updated its coaching accreditation framework.
All Net Set Go, junior, and intermediate coaches are screened by the Junior Convenor and Committee to ensure they meet the required checks and suitability standards for coaching players under 18.
We take pride in the high standard of coaching at our Club, with many dedicated volunteers offering their time and expertise to help younger players develop and enjoy the sport. The Club also supports Net Set Go, junior, and intermediate coaches by covering expenses for recognized coaching courses where applicable.
Senior players interested in coaching Net Set Go, junior, or intermediate teams are encouraged to contact the Junior Convenor for more details.
Our Club maintains a strong commitment to fair play, respect, and integrity. We encourage all players, coaches, and officials to uphold these values.
Are you ready to inspire, lead, and make a difference? We are now accepting nominations from individuals interested in coaching a team in 2026. Whether you’re a returning coach or stepping into the role for the first time, we welcome your passion and commitment.
